• For any extension of stay (more than 3 nights), website rate will be applied
• Dates between March 1-31, 2016, December 22-28, 2016, January 4-17, 2017 surcharge $55 for Ocean View and $150 for Executive rooms
• Dates between July 15-August 27, 2016, September 30-October 8, 2016, February 6-28, 2017 surcharge $150 for Ocean View and $330 for Executive rooms
• Dates between December 29, 2016 - January 3, 2017, January 23 - February 5, 2017 surcharge $480 for Ocean View and $675 for Executive rooms
• Kids age is between 4 and 11 years old
• The above surcharges apply on package rates. They do not apply for 3rd person charges
